Every part of the visit, covered once
What it does
Smart ID capture
Our intelligent kiosk uses advanced Optical Character Recognition (OCR) based scanning to instantly capture the visitor’s National ID, driver’s licenses, passports or equivalent identity documents.
Pre-approved visitor
The host schedules the visit and instantly sends a secure QR code via WhatsApp or email. The visitor simply scans the QR code at the kiosk and walks in, making the process fast, seamless and hassle free.
Smart Kiosk
Visitors can check in effortlessly at a self-service Kiosk or with help of the receptionist. Every arrival is screened against your blocklist, while the system keeps the front desk operations running seamlessly.
Notifications
WhatsApp, SMS, email, or in-app notifications tailored to your requirements, ensuring you never miss an important event or update.
Audit trails and reports
Every admin action is captured in an immutable audit trail that can’t be edited or deleted. Export reports in CSV, Excel, or PDF and have them delivered automatically by email every week.
Administration
A whole portfolio in one install
Many buildings and many client companies from a single deployment, separated at the database. Buildings carry their own floors and units.
Visitor, contractor, courier
Three visitor types with their own handling, and contractor companies tracked apart from the individuals who turn up for them. A contractor carries work dates, worker count and a safety acknowledgement, with an NDA acknowledgement where required. A courier carries a tracking number, package count and the recipient’s unit.
Bulk pre-registration
Register a whole group in one action instead of one row at a time, with duplicate submissions handled safely.
Reports on a schedule
CSV, Excel and PDF, filtered by date, building, host, company, status and type. Emailed daily, weekly or monthly to up to twenty people, in each building’s own timezone.
AI-Powered answers
Ask your building in plain language — how many visits yesterday, who is inside right now — and get an answer. The model never writes a query and never phrases a number: it classifies the question, the system runs the same permission-scoped query it always would, and the answer is built from a template. A question it cannot classify is answered “unsupported” rather than guessed at. Every model call is logged, and the log deliberately holds no prompt text and no answer text: prompts contain visitor personal data, and a second copy outside the retention policy would be a hole rather than an audit trail.
A written daily briefing
One AI-written summary of the day per organisation, composed in the reader’s own language instead of translated into it.
Eight languages at the kiosk
English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Bengali, Malayalam and Russian, with full right-to-left layout where it is needed.
Reporting
The month, answered in one screen
Filter by date, building, host, company, status and visitor type, then export what you filtered. Each building is grouped by its own local time, so a portfolio spanning emirates still adds up.
- CSV, Excel and PDF, from the same filtered view
- Emailed daily, weekly or monthly to up to twenty people
- Personal details are an opt-in, and never appear in a PDF
- A command centre view spanning every building at once, month by month
- A compliance summary: what share of visitors have ID details on file, and who is currently blocklisted
- A truncated export says so in its own filename rather than looking complete
Infrastructure
Secure cloud – Microsoft Azure
Built on Microsoft Azure and hosted within UAE-based cloud infrastructure, our visitor management platform is designed to keep your building’s visitor data securely within the region. From identity verification and visitor records to host notifications and immutable audit trails, every layer is protected with enterprise-grade security controls, giving residential buildings and other entities greater control, visibility and confidence over how visitor information is stored and accessed.
Private by Design
Azure Database for PostgreSQL and storage are accessible only through the private network, with no public endpoints exposed to the internet. This keeps critical data services isolated from direct external access and reduces the attack surface.
Secure Web Access
All external traffic is routed through Azure Front Door with a Web Application Firewall (WAF), providing an additional layer of protection before requests reach the application. TLS (Transport Layer Security) terminates at the edge, while the application origin is not directly addressable from the internet, reducing exposure and strengthening the overall security posture.
35-Day Point-in-Time Recovery
Azure Database for PostgreSQL retains 35 days of point-in-time backups, so if data is accidentally changed, deleted, or corrupted, you can restore the database to a previous point in time and quickly get back to a known-good state.
Azure Role Based Access Control
Everyone gets only the access they need. Owners, administrators, security teams, reception staff and hosts have separate roles and permissions, keeping sensitive visitor information limited to the people who need it. Access is enforced on the server, not simply hidden from the screen.
Exports
What an export will and will not contain
Columns include visitor name, nationality, date of birth, entry and exit time, ID type and last four characters, host, building, purpose and pre-registration status.
Personal details are an explicit opt-in and never appear in a PDF, because a PDF is the format people forward and attach to tickets. A full ID number appears in no export at all. Exports stop at 10,000 rows, and a truncated file says so in its own filename instead of looking complete.
